One year Empower ME Programme – After-Care Support Platform for Desistors

The H.E.A.R.T. Programme is a transformative initiative designed to foster Healing, Empowerment, Awareness, Resilience, and Transformation. Through a series of workshops, events, and community engagements, we aim to provide individuals with the tools and support needed to navigate life's challenges and discover their fullest potential. Join us on this journey of personal growth and development, and together, let's create a world where everyone can thrive.

HEAL (3 Months)

Emotional recovery plays a pivotal part in the complete healing process from mental health problems and addiction. It helps unpack painful emotional trauma that may have led to substance abuse and provides continuous support to make sure it doesn't hold any power over them anymore as they transition into a new life of sobriety.

EMPOWER (6 Months)

Opportunity to participate and benefit from G.E.M.S, a series of fun and easy challenges across different elements, especially tailored to simulate life’s obstacles. GEMS hopes to EMPOWER participants with essential parallel life skills, help to identify and remove any mental obstacles, bring clarity and complete with renewed confidence in themselves and their ability to make decisions and conquer life’s challenges. Participants will learn to enhance their spiritual practice, develop a heightened self-awareness and expand their comfort zone. All activities will be conducted as a group to foster social support with command opportunities to develop leadership skills.

Upon completion, Desistors will be entitled to:
