Congratulations to these 20 strong and beautiful souls who braved through 3 different challenges in one morning:

Mega Climb - 3 levels of tree-top rope obstacle course

Mega Jump - 4 storey high/15m Free fall jump

Mega Zip - 450m zipline over the Imbiah Hill Jungle and Siloso Beach


It was a magnificent sight indeed, witnessing the display of courage and support. Despite facing their own fear with sweaty palms and trembling legs, they continue to motivate one another, turn back and guide, and cheer for every little success (while hugging poles in-between) LOL


The journey began at the point where they decided to take up the challenge to face their fear and be present. With every step on the high ropes, they gained confidence. Looking ahead, facing yet another obstacle, they perservered, managed their emotions, and learnt to overcome despite the raging fear. In the end, every individual is overwhelmed with a sense of pride. "I did it! We did it!"


GEMS Badge of Honour was presented to everyone to commemorate their bravery with personal congratulatory speech given between mother-daughter teams and leaders to the rest. It was so emotional and beautiful

What is G.E.M.S: Gems Empowering Me Series?

GEMS is a series of fun and easy challenges across different elements, especially tailored to simulate lifeโ€™s obstacles. GEMS hopes to EMPOWER participants with essential parallel life skills, help to identify and remove any mental obstacles, bring clarity and complete with renewed confidence in themselves and their ability to make decisions and conquer lifeโ€™s challenges. Participants will learn to enhance their spiritual practice, develop a heightened self-awareness, and expand their comfort zone.
